What we collect. When you use the calculator on the home page, we collect the credit range, vehicle price and situation (declined or approved) you select; none of that requires an account. If you start the guided intake at /start, we also collect your goal, your name, phone number and email address, and, if you give it, the amount you can put toward a payment. If you join for free, we collect your name, email, mobile phone and a password. Once you are a member, we store any calculator result you save, any post, reply or private message you send in the community and member messages area, any course progress and certificate, and any result you save in one of the free tools. Everything beyond the calculator itself is optional; you can use the calculator without giving us anything. If you submit the business funding application, we also collect the answers on its eighteen screens: the amount you want, your estimated credit score, your business's legal name, EIN, address, revenue, start date and ownership, and your name, phone number, home address, date of birth and Social Security number, plus the name you type to sign.

Why we collect it. We collect contact information so Jeff or a member of the CreditForward team can reach you about your free credit strategy call and your membership. We collect calculator inputs and saved plans so your dashboard can show your own numbers back to you instead of asking you to redo the math every visit. Community and message content exists so the site can actually function as a community and a place to reach us. Funding application answers are used to review your application and to share it, with your authorization, with funding partners. We keep applications as long as needed to review them, support the conversation that follows, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.

Who sees it. Jeff Perry and the CreditForward team see what you submit. Behind the scenes, Cloudflare hosts the site and the database that stores it, and Cloudflare Email Sending delivers transactional email such as the lead notification and password resets. If you opt in through the community or a lead form, we may also record your information in GoHighLevel, the CRM CreditForward uses to keep track of members and leads. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. A funding application goes to our funding team by email, including your full Social Security number and date of birth, so they can enter it with a funding partner; our database keeps only the last four digits of the Social Security number and does not keep the date of birth. Funding partners (lenders and other finance providers) that receive your application handle it under their own privacy notices. If you enroll in credit repair, you leave this site for a separate signup portal that collects your information under its own privacy notice and the written agreement you sign there.

State privacy rights. If you live in a state that gives you a right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can exercise that right by emailing help@creditforward.org. We will confirm your request and respond within the time your state's law requires, and we will not sell or share your information regardless of where you live.

Contact consent and texts. Submitting the calculator, the /start intake, or the join form and checking the consent box allows CreditForward to contact you by phone, text or email about your membership, your saved plan, and your free credit strategy call. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of using the calculator or joining for free. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email help@creditforward.org.

Your choices. You can see and edit most of what you have given us from your member profile at any time. To see, correct, export or delete anything else we hold about you, including closing your account entirely, email help@creditforward.org and we will handle it directly.

Security and the tools behind the forms. Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs in the background and does not track you across other websites. What you submit is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database hosted by Cloudflare. Notification and confirmation emails are delivered by Cloudflare Email Sending.

Cookies. This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your free membership. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and site interactions in aggregate; it is configured never to record anything you type into a form. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Children. CreditForward is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to open a free membership or submit the intake form, since every calculator result and every piece of credit or lending guidance on this site assumes an adult applicant.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
